I should mention that the safety database of Road Angel works in a
unique way. We have dedicated staff who are engaged in the processing of
data, on a daily basis and updating the central database. All users of
Road Angel have the opportunity to download onto their units, the
latest safety data, even on a daily basis if they choose. The right to do is
free for the first six months and thereafter there is a nominal charge
of R599.00 for one year, R999.00 for two years or R1300.00 for three
years. This is not compulsory and if a Road Angel user does not renew his
or her subscription, the data operates perfectly well up to the date of
the last update.

Since Road Angel started in May 2005, our safety database has expanded
from approximately eleven hundred points to approximately 2600 points
currently. The GPS method of protection against
speeding fines and the giving of safety warnings is fully legal. I am
attaching hereto, some of the documentation in support of the legality
and functionality of Road Angel and its components for your perusal, if
necessary.

1. Road Angel Navigator is like no navigator available in South
Africa. Apart from using the best mapping available, traveling
462 000 kilometres of navigable roads
within South Africa, the Road Angel GPS Navigator, provides the user
with access to the only national database of fixed and mobile safety
camera warning, high accident zone warnings and warnings of highjack
and smash and grabs zones.

2. The Road Angel GPS Navigator is approved by General Motors
(Chevrolet, Isuzu, Opel, SAAB, and Hummer) VW, Audi, Nissan, Hyundai,
Kia, Renault and Citroen having more motor industry approvals than
any other GPS device.

3 . Road Angel is an international product, available in United
Kingdom, France, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Spain, Portugal,
Australia and South Africa.
