That means for the R4500-00 Excl. Price you get 20 Pages instead of 8, and 20 email addresses instead of 8.

Also if you decide to take a Two (2) Year Package (Payable upfront for the duration) you can then take a 10% discount off the total.

Plus you can host up to 3 companies under this package for the two (2) years.

12 Months Hosting

• Included in the hosting you get unlimited bandwidth for traffic
• Upto 500Mbs of hosting space (Which is quite a lot considering my whole commercial site is around 30Mbs)
• Any other changes out of this schedule will be charged at R125-00 per A4 Page.

Basic webpage design (Done in normal HTML)

• On this package you get up to 8x Pages (a page is equal to an A4 Page)
• You get 8x Normal Full Email Addresses ie yourname@yourcompanyname.co.za
• A template will be supplied
• On each package we allow up to 3 proofs for client to decide what they require.

Setup and configuration

• All info to be supplied in MS Word or Text format
• All graphics to be supplied in JPG, PNG, GIF format
• Any documents that may be specific must be supplied in PDF format

Specialized programming such as “Database”, “Flash”, or any specific format of programming

Animations, Graphics, Logos

Documents or information that has to be typed or scanned in

Any info, documents, pictures, or anything that has to sourced from the internet will be quoted on.

• Our prices are extremely competitive, but include working with info supplied in the correct formats as specified above, it does not include working with sourced information such as having to look for info which will be charged for accordingly.

Extra Pages (up and above what is supplied) will be charged for design Only at R200-00 per A4 page

Extra Email Addresses (up and above what is supplied) will be charged at R15-00 per month per email address (payable for the remainder of the contract in full upfront)

All info and artwork must be supplied within 7 days of the signed contract

• Failure to supply all the relevant info and artwork means a delay in completing your website.

All designs and final layouts will not exceed two (2) weeks from all data received to be online

• Normally we have all our designs online within 24 hours of receipt of all info and artwork

A 50% Cash or EFT Deposit must be done with signing of contract.

Balance of Full Payment to be done in full within 5 days of signing of contract

Specials are to be paid in full with signing of contract

No cheques will be accepted, payments are to be done in Cash or EFT

Website proofs can be supplied at a cost of R999-00 Excl. (This amount will be deducted upon acceptance of one of our contract offers)

Monthly payments can be arranged but will incur a higher charge rate
